SAC Connect Therapeutic and Wellness Services is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, with the goal of addressing health disparities within the African American community by developing culturally responsive programs and linking clients to community resources that promote enhance over all mental health and wellness. Through collaboration, connection, and community, we strive to support youth and young adults.

Our 3 E's:
1. EDUCATE - Educate the public about the impact of mental illness and culturally responsive approaches to treatment.
2. ENCOURAGE- Encourage youth and young adults to seek assistance and promote social connection and resilience.
3. ENHANCE- Enhance overall physical and mental health and wellness by promoting self-care, active living, and positive environments that support mental health.
